1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Darzrt Grips & Phathead Racing. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Shopify, Ausom, or UFO Plast.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States only
  • Must be 18 years of age or have a someone who is to claim prize!
  • Void where prohibited by law

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on January 15th 2026 and ends on February 28th 11:59PM EST

Entries submitted outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

A. Purchase Entry (Optional)

  • For every $1 USD spent on darzrtgrips.com, you will receive 1 entry
  • Entries are based on pre-tax, pre-shipping subtotal
  • There is no limit to the number of entries earned through purchases

B. Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

Three (3) winners will be selected:

Winners picked in order will select which prize they want. 

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be provided.

6. Winner Selection & Odds

  • Winners will be selected in a random drawing
  • Drawing will be recorded and posted publicly
  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted via:

  • Email (for free entries)
  • Order email / contact info (for purchase entries)

Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification.

If a winner does not respond, a new winner may be selected.

8. Shipping

  • Prizes ship within the United States only
  • Sponsor covers standard shipping costs
  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once delivered

9. Taxes

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or reporting requirements associated with receiving a prize.

10. Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is:
